Venezuela does not appears in the financial statistics of the International Monetary Fund

Researching international reserves of different countries, I have found that Venezuela does not appears in the financial statistics of the International Monetary Fund. Indeed, I found, for example, official figures of international reserves for the month of July this year 2016 from other Latin American nations like Argentina that had 32,500 millions of dollars, Brazil 369,340, Chile 39,462, Colombia 46,592, Costa Rica 7,960, and Mexico 179,651 millions.
