The basis of good governance is morality and

3. A strong currency for a strong economy,
the Bolívar Oro, equivalent to 1 to 1 dollar, respect for private property and
the privatization of activities that do not have to be in the hands of the
State.
4. Health guarantee for all citizens.
5. Guarantee of education from primary to
higher education.
6. Worthy retirement pension.
7. Minimum survival income for vulnerable citizens.
8. Legal security: a fair judiciary and
optimized security agencies.
9. Personal security: total war on crime and
substantial modification of the criminal legislation to guarantee the
fulfillment of the objective of total war on crime.
10. Stop the anarchic growth of Caracas and
the center of the country and develop an intense regional development policy
and a policy that guarantees access to appropriate housing for all citizens.
11. Sovereignty of the country without
dependence or submission to any foreign nation.
12. New Constitution to give legal support
to the great national objectives of welfare.
