The ideal government is one that guarantees justice and economic and material well- being for citizens, but very few countries in the world have this type of government.
1. The Country Project
The Country Project is the main thing and what determines justice and well-being.
The political practice followed by most countries up to now has presented as opposed objectives the interests of the majority of the population, which are the workers and the middle class, with the interests of the minority owners of power and wealth. It is the thesis of the class struggle that in one way or another has been present from the 19th century until now.
2. The ideal project
But the ideal is that the Country Project represents a balance, that is, that it benefits equally the majority of workers and the middle class and the minority owners of power and wealth.
Social class cooperation: a different alternative
Contrary to the class struggle thesis, I believe that cooperation between social classes is possible to achieve the higher objective of the common welfare of citizens. A good example in this regard is fiscal policy that can equally incentivize essential consumption and investment with balanced and fair taxes.
3. Access to power
The main problem is that in most countries it is the corrupt and incapable parties that hold power and it is very difficult for the rest of the citizens to build different organizations to replace them.
Some countries have made progress in this regard and allow citizens, individually, without party support, to run for popularly elected positions, such as President, parliamentarians and governors, but it is a very difficult task.
4. The alliance of power factors different to political parties, a way to reach power
The alliance between power factors different to political parties, that is, the alliance between business institutions, large labor unions, colleges or professional unions, different churches, universities, scientific corporations and other institutions of society can be the way to achieve power and the basis of a successful government capable of guaranteeing justice and economic and material well-being.
