a)
The
plenty use of time and infrastructure of production to create new jobs in the
economy and increase the availability of goods and services in society, by mean
of the double working-day and the half-working day, thesis exposed in Spanish
in the book A Concrete Idea to Combat
Unemployment published in the year 1988 and a second edition in 2008. The
essential idea of this work is very simple, for example: if 8 workers in 8
hours produce 8 pair of shoes, 8 new workers in additional 8 hours of work
would produce 8 additional pair of shoes and in total the production will reach
16 pair of shoes and the number of workers will augment to 16 in the same
day. The final result is the duplication of production and duplication of the
number of workers: a solution for the countries affected for unemployment
and scarce production because of the weakness of demand and jobless.

The
second basic concept is the plenty use of money to satisfy the people's needs
considering that man can create all the amount of money to solve the requirements
of society. These ideas are explained in the book Monetary Policy, an Unorthodox Approach.
c)
The
third basic opinion is that in the 21st century natural resources are the
scarce factor of production and not capital as the economic thought has
believed until now. That idea represents a total change in the paradigm of the
economy and is proven convincingly in the book Running Out How Global Shortages
Change the Economic Paradigm.

The fourth viewpoint is the development of two essential programs to contribute
to reduce poverty, unemployment and pollution in the world by mean of a 1)
Program of Birth Control, especially for the undeveloped nations of Africa,
Asia and Latin America and 2) A Global Program of Reforestation to create
millions of Green Jobs in the world. These two actions are coherent with the
proposals expressed in the three books previously mentioned.
